Join the CMU/Sodexo Student Board of Directors

Make a difference in the way you eat - join the Student Board of Directors! We meet every other Thursday to discuss all aspects of the dining services. We discuss customer service, food quality and variety, Environmental Impact, Culinary Innovation, and so much more! Members of the SBOD will receive monthly payment, Mystery Shopper meals, and a letter of accomplishment for being a part of our committee. Dining Services are committed to providing excellent quality and service to all of our customers here at Colorado Mesa University. We provide top-of-the-line venues to CMU students, staff, and faculty members through our dining hall in the University Center and cafes spread around the campus. Retail options such as Bookcliff Cafe and Sandella's Flatbread Cafe offer an array of options from sushi rolls to grab and go items for the individual in a hurry. Due to the locations of our facilities, students can relax and enjoy their meal with late night dining no matter what their schedule looks like. Our flexible times, engaging staff, and our commitment to value will create a dining experience students need to stay energized throughout the year.
