Resident Dining

The resident Dining Hall is an “all you care to eat” dine-in facility designed with you in mind. We feature a wide variety of fresh foods designed to satisfy your appetite. There are six stations offering varying menus from breakfast to lunch and to dinner.

Resident Dining To Go is the perfect option for those of you in a hurry! Simply swipe your MAVcard at the cashiers stand in the dining hall and then you can pick your entree, side, dessert, and beverage. In less than two minutes you can grab your lunch and be on your way!

The Bookcliff Café is where you can find a wide selection of hot breakfast, lunch and dinner items from Grill in a Flash, La Vincinta (featuring Pepperoni , Cheese, Cheesy Breadsticks, and two specialty pizzas, calzones, or strombolis), Sub Corner (freshly made sub sandwiches, wraps, or panini sandwiches),Sushi rolls at Big Wave Sushi Burrito Del Rey, Simply To Go (grab’n’ go salad and sandwiches for those of you in hurry), freshly made soups, house-made bakery items, candy, healthy snacks, chips, ice creams, aspretto coffee, Numi Organic Tea, and variety of cold beverages in one location. Grill in a Flash

Grill in a Flash has a variety of breakfast and lunch and dinner items including breakfast burritos, eggs to order, breakfast sandwiches, our most popular Chicken Tender Wrap, the new Maverick Burger (Bacon cheeseburger with avocado, onion rings, lettuce, and tomato on a sesame seed bun), Chicken Quesadilla, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Tenders, and much more! Simply To Go is a comprehensive, convenient meal solutions program designed for customers that need a food fix in a hurry.

Jazzman’s Café

We invite you to wake up and smell the fresh brewed selection of coffees. Jazzman’s Café offers a wide variety of frozen smoothies and espresso beverages and hot teas alongside grab ‘n’ go items including Panini grilled breakfast sandwiches, fresh gourmet salads, and fruit parfaits. The Scramble is located at Western Colorado Community College and features espresso, fruit smoothies, and Panini grilled sandwiches. Also sample some of the fresh made soups, salads and bakery items that reflect the seasons.

Little Mavs

The Little Mavericks Learning Center provides a service to Colorado Mesa University students, faculty and staff, by providing quality child care with a balanced curriculum geared to the age and developmental level of each child while providing a practicum lab opportunity for students at Colorado Mesa University, http://www.coloradomesa.edu/littlemavs/index.html.
